Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We have no minimum order.

We accept most major credit/debit cards. Or you can pay by Cheque or Postal Order (UK only)

All prices are shown in GBP(£)

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. All prices and information are subject to change without notification. Should there be any changes we will contact you to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling Postage and packing, £2.00 on all orders. UK & Northern Ireland only.

Orders £25 and over, FREE postage and packing. This applies to UK & Northern Ireland only.

Postage to EU Countries is £5.00 upto £25, £10.00 upto £50, £15.00 upto £75, £20.00 upto £100. £30.00 upto £150.00. £50 over £150.01

Postage to Rest of the World is £7.50 upto £25, £15.00 upto £50, £22.5 upto £75, £30.00 over £75.01

Parcels under 1000g (1kg) to UK & Northern Ireland (including Channel Islands) will be sent by Royal Mail Second Class Post. (3-5 day delivery including Saturdays).

Parcels over 1000g (1kg) to UK & Northern Ireland (including Channel Islands) will be sent by Standard Royal Mail Parcel Post.

Parcels to all other destinations will be sent by Air Mail.

If you would like your order sent by Royal Mail 1st class post, there will be a nominal charge of £1.50 on all orders, UK & Northern Ireland only.

We offer a Special Delivery service. This costs £5.50 on all orders, UK & Northern Ireland only.
Parcels will be sent by Royal Mail Special next day delivery.

Please note that for the safety of your order we cannot ask the postal / courier service to leave packages in unsecure locations such as sheds, wheelie bins, greenhouses etc.

Non-Receipt of delivery must be reported to us within 10 days of despatch.

We reserve the right to cancel and fefund any Order where the cost of Postage/Shipping the Order is greater than the value of the Order placed.

Ordering online using the 'Cheque with Order' option means that we can process your order sooner but we will only despatch the goods when we receive your payment.

Ordering online using the 'Credit/Debit Card' option means that we can process your order and despatch the goods within 2-3 working days.

Delivery Schedule We aim to offer a fast service and efficient service. Providing goods are in stock we will aim to send them out within 2-3 working days (Europe and Rest of World please allow 7-10 days). Orders received over the weekend will normally be dispatched Monday.

Whilst we make every effort to despatch the goods on time we cannot be held responsible for any delays with the Postal Service.

If we have to order goods in we will aim to send them out as soon as they are received from our suppliers. If your item is not in stock, we will mark the item 'to follow' and send the goods as soon as possible.

If your goods are damaged in transit, please retain the packaging and inform us immediately, giving as much information as possible.
Back Orders All products are subject to availability.

If any of the goods are out of stock we will send part of the order that is in stock.

If the order is sent in more than one part you will only pay for the delivery once.

If any of the goods are out of stock and there is going to be a delay of more than fourteen days we will let you know and you can tell us if you want to cancel that part of the order.
Tax Charges VAT iis included in all orders. A VAT invoice will be included with all orders.
Credit Card Security When checkout is completed, you will be directed to the Protx website for secure payment processing. Credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are not held in clear text on any web site. You will receive a confirmation that your payment has been processed. Please be aware that at no point are Ashtondale Cards & Crafts passed on any details regarding your credit card.

We are also able to process your card payment offline. Please note that this is essentially a back up procedure and online payment is the preferred method.
Guarantee All products supplied are NEW. As such, we can offer any warranty as given by the manufacturer. Please inform us of any faulty or damaged item within 7 days of receipt.

We will not refund or replace any item which has become damaged as a result of neglect or mis-use.

Privacy Policy Ashtondale Cards & Crafts do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfillment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option. They are also used after you have logged on as part of that process. You can turn off cookies within your browser by going to 'Tools | Internet Options | Privacy' and selecting to block cookies. Returns Policy Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm

YOU CAN DO THIS BY CALLING US ON 01795 876688.

If you are not entirely satisfied with the goods you have received, please return them to us to arrive with us within 7 days of receipt in original and re-saleable condition and we would be happy to give you a refund. Where goods are supplied in sealed packs or containers, the packs or containers must be unopened.

Any returned goods should be returned to us at the address given on the invoices, please also enclose a copy of the invoice indicating the items being returned and giving the reason for the return.

You must pay the cost of returning the goods and you will be responsible for their safety during transportation. When returning items, please obtain a free proof of postage from the Post Office, as we will not accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit back to us.

We recommend you use Recorded Delivery, or Special Delivery for items valued over £28.

It is the Customer's responsibility to ensure all items are packed so as to avoid damage in the post as goods must be returned in a re-saleable condition.

Refunds for returned items will be made through Protx to the credit/debit card on which the purchase was made within 14 days of receipt of the returned items.

Items which arrive damaged or faulty must be notified by to us within 7 days of receipt. We will replace or refund for the damaged goods as required.

If we require the damaged or faulty item returned, we will pay the cost of the return postage via 1st Class Post. You will be required to obtain a proof of postage from the post office counter.
Remittance Terms We accept all major Credit/Debit Cards or you can pay by Cheque/Postal Order. Please make Cheques/Postal Orders payable to 'Ashtondale Cards and Crafts'.

Cheques must have cheque guarantee card details etc. written on the back.
